Paul McCartney's "Live Kisses" Airs on PBS Tonight

Paul McCartney's album Kisses on the Bottom will be featured in the latest installment of the PBS series Great Performances tonight (September 7).  "Live Kisses" is set to air at 9pm on PBS stations nationwide (check your local listings) and was recorded at the famed Capitol Studios in Los Angeles on February 9, 2012.  Paul is accompanied on the set by jazz pianist Diana Krall, jazz guitarist John Pizzarelli and Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh.  In addition to the performances, the program includes interviews with McCartney, Walsh, Krall, Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder.  Clapton and Wonder each appear on the album, but are not part of the special.  "Live Kisses" also features a glimpse of the unveiling ceremony for Paul's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which took place outside of Capitol Studios before his performance.  McCartney was also honored at the 54th Grammy Awards in February 2012 with their MusiCares Person of the Year Award.
